The e-Medsys PM Document and Image Scanning feature allows the practice to scan documents, images, insurance cards, drivers’ licenses, other forms of ID, hospital forms, letters, EOB’s, and more. 

Once scanned, they become part of the e-Medsys PM patient’s record and are easily retrievable whenever needed.   Scanned images can also be printed.

Scanning is done via any customer-supplied, Twain-compatible scanner which is then connected to the e-Medsys PM system.

 Reduce paperwork and the need to constantly ask the same patients for the same ID or insurance card!  Scan these items once and have them readily available whenever they are needed.
