The e-Medsys PM Advanced Recall feature easily tracks routine recalls such as annual physicals, exams, pacemaker checks, etc. by automatically generating letters of reminder that visits are due. 

When a Recall is generated, a notation is automatically made in the patient’s record in the e-Medsys PM system for compliance-tracking purposes.  Patients who require personal contact will have their alerts be marked for telephone follow-up. 

A Recall tickler on-screen workview can be generated for patients who have not responded to their Recall Letters.   The system will also generate a Discharge letter to patients who fail to respond to previous reminders / correspondence.

e-Medsys PM Advanced Recall provides for lab results as well; alerts can be generated for normal and abnormal results, making for a secure method of verification should that ever be required.
