Our e-Medsys Solutions Suite is inclusive of features such as
e-Prescribing, our own patented E / M Coder and Health Watcher (for health maintenance tracking), Electronic Superbill, Appointment Scheduling, Advanced Collections, Advanced Recalls, and much more. These are not expensive, add-on "modules."

The e-Medsys Patient Access Portal provides dynamic capabilities for patients to interact with the practice via secure internet connectivity for capabilities such as completing questionnaires prior to the visit (no more clipboard), scheduling practice-approved appointment, reviewing account information, editing demographic and insurance information as needed, and more.

Four ways to integrate into your practice.

Client/Server... the e-Medsys system(s) resides at the practice and is utilized by the practice’s physicians / office staff.

ASP / SaaS... the e-Medsys system(s) resides on our secure servers and is accessed - and used - via secure Internet connectivity by the practice’s physicians / office staff.

Remote Data Entry (RDE)... a unique PracticeOne modality whereby the
e-Medsys system resides at the practice (Client / Server) but is utilized remotely for the practice by Certified e-Medsys Operators.

PracticeOne Revenue Cycle Management Services…for practices that prefer to utilize the services of an offsite billing company, PracticeOne RCMS is the answer. All billing functions are performed for the practice by PracticeOne Operators using the e-Medsys PM system.

RCMS also provides a unique "peace of mind" backup to our e-Medsys PM users, in that RCMS can be made available temporarily as needed, to help the practice continue cash flow and billing during times when such assistance may be needed. RCMS also performs A / R and Financial auditing and consulting as requested by PracticeOne clients.
